• Degree Qualified
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Construction industry.
• Pre & Post Contract administration and site management knowledge.
• Project Costing, Progress Claims, Variations, Extension of Time Submissions,   Loss and Expenses Claims, Negotiation Techniques
• Fluent in spoken and written English language is a prerequisite for this position
• Remuneration offered will reflect specific candidate experience

Senior Consultant, South East Asia

• Degree Qualified
• Minimum 10 Years working experience in the Construction Industry
• Pre & Post Contract administration and site management knowledge.
• Project Costing, Progress Claims, Variations, Extension of Time Submissions,   Loss and Expenses Claims, Negotiation Techniques
• Drafting of Main Contracts, Subcontracts, General Agreements, Joint Venture   Agreements, Concession Agreements
• Final Account Settlement
• Litigation and Arbitration experience an advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English language is a prerequisite for this position
• Remuneration offered will reflect specific candidate experience

Planning Consultant, South East Asia

• Minimum 10 Years working Experience in the Construction Industry
• Primevera Project Planner P3
• Multi Disciplinary project experience an advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English language is a prerequisite for this position
• Remuneration offered will reflect specific candidate experience

Airport Planners
• 10 years experience

Contracts Managers
• 10 years experience oil and gas and civils
